Discussions topics:

■How to deal with new industry verticals, new royalty rate price points, complex value chains and different market expectations to faciliate SEP licensing.

■Pools and platforms have gained momentum and companies that never joined pools before are now founding members. Are pools the solution to all challenges?

■What is next in standardized technologies and what are new licensing opportunities in new technology fields?

■How may regional regulation (eg the EU proposal) harm or benefit the current system? What will be the geopolitical impact?
